Honest about how we are paid
EcoMatch is an introduction service. Homeowners pay us nothing. The installer we introduce pays an introduction fee for your enquiry, whether or not the job goes ahead, and that enquiry goes to one approved partner per service. We are not an installer and do not give quotes ourselves.

Common questions
Do I pay EcoMatch anything?
No. EcoMatch is free for homeowners. When we introduce you to an approved installer, that installer pays us an introduction fee, whether or not you go ahead with the work.
How many installers will contact me?
One approved installer for each service you ask about. If you ask about solar and a heat pump, that may be one installer for each, or one firm that does both. We do not share your enquiry with a crowd of companies.
Which areas do you cover?
We are launching in the South East of England first. You can enquire from elsewhere in the UK, but we can only introduce an installer where an approved partner covers your postcode and service. If there is no suitable partner, we do not pass your details on.
How do you check installers?
Before we approve a partner for a service, we review the accreditation evidence relevant to that service, such as MCS certification for solar or heat pumps. Partners can only receive enquiries for the services we have approved them for.
What happens to my details?
We use them to review your enquiry and contact you using the methods you choose, and share them with one approved partner per service you requested. We do not use them for unrelated marketing without your separate permission. You can withdraw consent at any time from our contact page.
